Key Responsibilities
" Provide first line support to Site Purchase Requisitioners
" Process purchase orders and Invoices
" Managing and resolving invoice queries
" Be responsible for reporting and developing regular reports
" Administration of Supplier approvals and Material codes
" Manage and maintain Pricing records
" Processing and reporting TSS customs declarations
" Assist in the generation and collation of local contracts and agreements
" Other purchasing duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
" Knowledge of purchasing processes and techniques
" Purchase / finance function and / or purchase ledge experience
" Excellent IT skills, highly proficient in all Microsoft office Packages - specifically Excel & Sharepoint
" Strong organisation and planning skills with ability to prioritise effectively
" Ability to work to deadlines and be self-motivated
" Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
" Excellent communication skills
" Good Problem solving skills
" Teamwork orientated
